Open gas
- Before entering the gate
- the upper small door on the left
- open small door
- turn vertically the handle on gas meter
Water
Open water
- Entering the gate
- under the window, to the left
- open the small door
- to the right of the blue water meter
- turn counterclockwise the green handle
Electric power
Main switch
- Before enter the gate,
- at the left side of the wall
- open the small door
- switch on
Electric panel
- The switches are inside the wardrobe
Heater
Switch on hot water heater
- The heater is on laundry
- check the pressure gauge, it has to be between 1 and 2
- if it isn’t see the following section
- turn the handle on 1
top up the heater water (pressure < 1)
- Under the heater
- turn the black little valve counterclockwise
- you hear the water flow and the pointer of gauge increase
- set the pressure between 1 and 2
switch on/off the heater
- In sitting room
- on timer
- to switch on, press the button with hand symbol, until it show a black line
- to switch off press the button until show “off”
- for using the daily setting, from the “off” setting, press for a few of seconds the left button (hand)
